Generate the PDF

Once projects are adjusted, Generate opens the generation options: Preview shows the PDF as it will be, Finalize freezes it.

The PDF carries:

• your company details in the header: name, address, SIREN, VAT;
• the client’s logo;
• the projects with their days, and the retained tasks with their ticket badges;
• the total in days.

While it is a draft, the report can be edited and regenerated. Once finalized, its projects and tasks can no longer be edited; the PDF stays downloadable.

PDF reports are included in the User and User+ plans.
