Expected hours

Expected hours come from your working rhythm: working days and hours per day. It is set in your profile (default: Monday–Friday, 7 h) and applies to all your views.

On the agenda, each day shows “Worked XXhXX on N tasks”. The Views page gives, for each view and for the current month:

• hours worked;
• expected hours;
• the billable estimate, computed with each client’s or project’s day rate.

The rhythm is kept over time: changing it today doesn’t rewrite past months.
